Pregnancy Health Coaching


Your midwife or doctor will tell your the basics of what to do when you're pregnant (e.g. take this, don't eat that). As your health coach I help you with the HOW. I guide you through implementing the choices and behaviors that best support your body and your baby. You will be equipped with evidence-based strategies that promote the optimal development of your baby. Together, we will reduce your health risks and increase your ability to bounce back after giving birth. Create a lifestyle that enables you to feel and look fabulous before, during and after pregnancy.

Whether you're planning to get pregnant or you already have a bun in the oven, together we strategize to give you an optimal and peaceful pregnancy. You'll learn:

  • Research-based methods to improve your and your baby's health outcomes

  • Effective ways to reduce fatigue and nausea

  • Dietary recommendations to support your fertility and growing baby
