These steps support a you in gradually integrating changes so that you create a lasting, more balanced and sustainable lifestyle that you are thrilled to wake up and live everyday.

This is not a quick fix program. Our time together is highly customized to cater to your challenges, goals and what you need most to build the foundation and adopt behaviors for sustainable change.


How I Work With Clients

I collaborate with you 1:1 to create a clear plan of action that aligns with your vision of success so that you become the best version of yourself.

But remember, the plan is only half the challenge and that is where the coaching really comes in. I will help you navigate roadblocks, limiting beliefs, and overwhelm so that you can reach your goals in an inspired and joyful way.

I only work with a small number of WOC professionals with whom I can make a significant impact.
